How to use it
Warm a small amount of balm between your hands until it melts slightly, then massage it into your skin. Best applied on damp skin after bathing, so the moisture is sealed in effectively.

Yes. Absolutely. Rudolph Care products are safe to use for all the family. The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is your guarantee. We preserve our products with mild preservatives, and none of our products containpreservatives that are classified as allergenic. You will never find substances that are suspected of being endocrine disruptors in our products. None of our products contain microplastic. The signature perfume that characterizes many of our products is a natural fragrance – and not a synthetic perfume – and is not found on the list of the 26 fragrance allergens that the EU recommends we avoid.
There is no big difference, but the most important one is that Mommy & Me contains no natural fragrance. Natural fragrance has been added to Açai Body Balm, which smells of the Rudolph Care signature fragrance. Mommy & Me has been developed for the mother-to-be – and for post-partum mothers and babies. That is why this product has been made as gentle as at all possible without any added fragrance. This also means that Mommy & Me qualifies for the AllergyCertified and Asthma Allergy Nordic labels. Mommy & Me also contains melon seed oil. The ingredient ratios also vary slightly between Açai Body Balm and Mommy & Me.
